What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and your message. If you call or WhatsApp us, we receive your phone number and what you send us.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, run your free audit, and send you a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Client data
When we build automations for a client, we work inside the client's own accounts and permissions, collect only what the workflow needs, and never use client data to train public AI models.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].
